Mold/Lead

When Pacific Coast performs a mold abatement, we start by conducting mold spore count test inside and outside of suspect buildings.  All visible molds are removed, and anti-microbial agent is applied to all surfaces in the area, and the entire area is hand-cleaned with a specialized anti-mold cleanser.  After our work is done, another test is performed to compare the results.  We openly share the lab’s test results regarding mold spore counts, so you can see for yourself that we’ve done our job!
