Pleasant Prairie offers convenient access to both Lake Michigan and major Midwest metro areas. The village sits about 10 miles from downtown Kenosha and roughly 40 miles from Milwaukee, giving travelers access to lakefront parks, restaurants, and commuter routes. Illinois Beach State Park is about 15 miles south and offers shoreline trails, beaches, and birdwatching along Lake Michigan.
