In this field-based role, you will respond to urgent mental health needs for children and adolescents, providing on-site assessment, de-escalation, and short-term crisis intervention in homes and community settings. You will complete psychosocial evaluations, develop safety plans with families, coordinate care with schools and providers, and connect youth to ongoing services.
