Job Description

Our client, a manufacturing and logistics organization, is seeking a 1st Shift Laborer to join their team. As a 1st Shift Laborer, you will be part of the production support team, assisting with racking and packing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Laborer

Location: Saint Marys, PA

Pay Range: $13.75 + $40/week bonus for perfect attendance

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

• Perform entry-level general laborer duties in a manufacturing environment
• Prepare products for processing and shipment
• Ensure quality standards are met during packaging
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety guidelines and dress code requirements

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Availability to work the scheduled shift (Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm)
